Parking Team Schedule








Hello everyone. With summer coming up I am trying to get an idea of peoples schedules and in what capacity they would like to serve. I have added 4 extra shifts that I would love to see if we can have help with. Set up, Sign pickup , tear down and weekend lead.




Set up is putting up all the signs and cones before anyone gets here. We can show up at 7:30 and will have everything done by 8:30. Sign pickup takes about 30 minutes and is done during the 2nd service ( we use the church truck) and tear down is basically stacking the cones and helping put them into the truck and back inside the building, this will only take about 15 minutes. Weekend lead is someone who will be overseeing everything for that sunday and will be involved from set up to tear down. (similar to the producer role) I really appreciate everyones involvement in whatever capacity works best for them and have really enjoyed getting to know so many of you.




I want to keep everyone on the parking team fresh and am not asking for an indefinite commitment, but would like to have it nailed down through August. Also, if you have a particular position that you really like being placed at let me know. If you know of someone who is interested in helping please feel free to send me their name and I will contact them. Thanks again for all your help and I truly feel that this team is extremely integral to the success of Eastlake.




One last thought. With the next worship night occuring on June 6th I would love to have as many of the parking team hang out afterwords at Russells. We all see eachother but it would be great to hang out and have a beer together after the worship night.
